Return & Refund Policy – Z Stocks

Due to the nature of liquidation, clearance, and open-box inventory, all sales are generally final.

Product Condition
Many products we sell come from U.S. retail overstock, open-box, or clearance inventory. Product condition is clearly described on each product page.

Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged during shipping
• The wrong product was delivered

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To request a return, please contact us through WhatsApp or email with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund if applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
